These Terms & Conditions govern the use of healthcare services provided by Medsure Cancer Hospital.

1. Patient Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete medical information.

• Follow prescribed treatments and medical advice.

• Respect hospital policies, staff, and fellow patients.

2. Appointments & Cancellations

• Patients are encouraged to arrive 30 minutes before scheduled appointments.

• Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours in advance.

• The hospital reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to emergencies.

3. Billing & Payments

• Fees for consultations, procedures, and treatments are to be paid at the time of service unless otherwise arranged.

• Insurance patients must present valid documentation for claims processing.

4. Confidentiality & Medical Records

• Patient records are confidential and will only be shared with authorized personnel or as required by law.

• Copies of medical reports may be requested in writing.

5. Emergency Situations

• In emergencies, priority care will be given regardless of appointment schedule.

• Patients may be redirected to specialized facilities if required.

6. Dispute Resolution

• Any disputes regarding services will first be addressed internally with the hospital administration.

• If unresolved, matters will follow applicable laws and jurisdiction of Kenya.
